You don't have time for perimenopause

By 2030, the world population of menopausal women is projected to increase to 1.2 billion, with 47 million entrants every year. We need a pivotal sociocultural shift in research and treatment.

Most of us need to unlearn everything we have been taught about nutrition for hormone health. This can be hard to do because of the conflicting information on social media and google.

Many of our clients navigate perimenopausal symptoms for years and they either don't know where to start, are overwhelmed with recommendations, have podcasted, read every book and/or attempted to diet their way out of perimenopause.

If this is you - start with some of these recommendations below (and remember pick only 1 or 2 to start with):

  1. Educate yourself on hormone changes
  2. Ditch diet culture and undo years of bad nutrition advice
  3. Just because you don't feel symptoms or they are not that 'bad' doesn't mean you don't need support
  4. You cannot DIY or supplement your way out of perimenopause
  5. Support sleep like never before
  6. Discuss HRT with an HRT literate practitioner
  7. Work with a qualified practitioner, resist the urge to follow wellness dogmas or pre-set protocols
  8. Focus on your foundational health (adequate nourishment & mineral intake, support your gut health)
  9. Audit alcohol and caffeine
  10. Seek support in midlife

You are busy-health-savvy-woman and you are educated on all things wellness and there can't be anything left to try....but there absolutely is! We aren't lacking in health/hormone information but what we are lacking is strategy and time.

Time is your most precious resource and you need strategies that can turn things around - fast.

And we know how frustrating it can be when it feels like nothing is working.

With the right strategies and support you CAN feel better than ever before.

Our signature programs help women get their energy, body and mind back without expensive supplements, cumbersome protocols or restrictive diets so you can feel like yourself again.
